Shipping Policy

Reino Pet processes orders within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on the region, carrier, and shipping method selected at the time of purchase. Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a tracking code to monitor the delivery. It is important that the delivery information is filled out correctly, as in cases of an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the recipient is not present, a new shipping fee may be charged for reshipment. Delays may occur due to external factors, such as high demand, weather conditions, or logistical issues. If you have any questions, our team is here to help. 🐾

Return and Exchange Policy

Reino Pet is committed to ensuring the best possible experience for its customers and their pets. If you need to exchange or return an item, you may request to do so within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with the right of withdrawal provided for in the Consumer Protection Code.

 

The product must show no signs of use, be in perfect condition, and include the original packaging. In cases of defective or damaged products, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess and resolve the issue. Once the request is approved, we will process the exchange, refund, or shipment of a new product as appropriate for each situation. Our team will be available to assist you throughout the entire process. 🐾
